Tardiness

Promptness is important to the management and the customers at ABC Company. Therefore, while we make allowances for occasional lateness, consistent lateness cannot be tolerated and offenders must be dismissed.

You have reported late to work for 15 of the last 27 days. Unless this situation is remedied immediately, you will be asked to leave our organization.

Should there be extenuating circumstances, please speak with me. ABC Company never likes losing a good employee. I'm sure this issue can be resolved.
