Poor Performance I
Dear _____________,
We pride ourselves on being a "family business"
and regret whenever we have to let an individual go because
of poor performance.
Unfortunately, unless several flaws in your performance
are rectified immediately, we will have to terminate your
employment with us. Customers have reported dissatisfaction
with your customer service and have cited your reluctance
to assist them.
I'm sure you will take steps to resolve these issues and
that all of this can be worked out without any further complaints
occurring, and with no further reminder required.
Sincerely,
