will continue for two full weeks. The time designated
is based on past service.
We have repeatedly asked you to put more effort and
willingness into your work. We believe that you have
the potential to do a competent job, but your recent
work has not been complete or accurate and therefore
is useless.
Perhaps you should seek a job that is less demanding.
I am confident you will soon find a position more suited
to your abilities.
